Job Description

The Planning Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on major planning and infrastructure projects, including regeneration and residential schemes.
• Supporting partners with complex legal matters and transactions in areas like compulsory purchase and new roads.
• Engaging in business development and marketing activities to expand the team's reach.
• Providing clients with tailored legal advice in relation to carbon capture projects and other innovative initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• A solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in planning law (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in advising on complex planning and infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with major regeneration, residential, and compulsory purchase matters.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Ties to Leeds

• An attractive salary of around £68,000 - £80000 with the potential for a bonus of up to £25,000.
