Enfield - Care Assistant

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities to enhance their independence.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Monitor and record changes in clients' health and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others is crucial.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
