My client is a leading wealth management firm based in Leicester who are looking join their newly established Treasury function working with their knowledgeable and supportive Head of Treasury.
Job Description- Managing daily financial transactions
- Conducting risk assessments on potential investments
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure financial stability
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Monitoring cash flow and forecasting future trends
- Oversee bank account management, including user administration and account structure optimisation
- Manage new client requirements and proactively address any issues or improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining banking relationships and negotiating bank services/fees
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Contributing to financial strategy planning
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Treasury Associate' should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in financial software
- Exceptional numerical proficiency and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fantastic career progression
- A competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangements based in Leicester 1-2 days a week in office
