They are currently seeking a Barista / Café Assistant to join their team, on a permanent, full-time basis, working up to 37.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday and Bank Holidays during the summer months.

The Role
Â
As a Barista / Café Assistant, youâll staff our clientâs café, delivering great service to all customers.
Â
Specifically, working closely with other staff and volunteers, you will prepare food and drinks, maintain hygiene standards and ensure the café runs smoothly.
Â
Additionally, you will:
Â- Work on the tills
- Assist customers with queries
- Observe health and safety regulations
- Follow risk assessments
- Ensure daily safety records are maintained

About You
Â
To be considered as a Barista / Café Assistant, you will need:
Â- Customer care experience and excellent interpersonal skills
- A smart appearance and the ability to represent the organisation positively
- A willingness to undertake further training, particularly in food safety
- The ability to work seasonal and weekend hours as required
