The Role:
We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join us on a 1 month contract our concession in Camp Hopson, Newbury.
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards. You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products.
Please note this is a fixed term contract, with weekend working required.
The Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.
- Implement floor updates with guidance from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.
- Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.
- Hold accountability for achieving sales targets and taking actions to maintain trade performance.
- Highlight stock needs and commercial opportunities to the Retail Manager.
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week across various shift patterns Mon-Sun.
- 1+ year of fashion retail experience required.
- Happy to work independently and alongside our external partners.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Flexible and willing to work shift patterns that suit business needs.

Job Type: Fixed term contractPay: £12.00 per hour
