Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an SRE Lead , with AWS expertise.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/ CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving system reliability.
Experience mentoring and coaching team members in SRE best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
