Nursery Third in Charge – Pre-School Room
Salary: Up to £34,000
Our client, a well-established nursery providing outstanding early years education and care for children aged six months to five years, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Third in Charge to join their preschool team. This leadership role involves supporting the management team while maintaining hands-on involvement in delivering exceptional care and education to preschool-aged children.
The nursery boasts state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor facilities, as well as a range of specialist-led classes such as music, dance, sport, and gardening. It is an ideal setting for fostering growth and preparing children for school readiness.
What We’re Looking For- Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in early years or above.
- Leadership Potential: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a nursery or preschool setting.
- Passion for Preschool Education: A deep understanding of the unique needs of preschool-aged children.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to support and inspire the team.
