Our client, a well-established nursing home with a Good CQC rating, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their compassionate team. Set in a stunning seaside location, the service provides nursing, residential, and dementia care, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to take the lead in a welcoming and well-respected care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and continued development of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional care.
Who We’re Looking For
Our client is seeking a leader who is passionate about elderly care and has a proven track record as a Registered Home Manager. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager, with a track record of achieving good and outstanding CQC rating (essential)
- A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – preferred but not essential
- OR a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care with strong leadership experience in a nursing home setting
- A deep understanding of nursing, residential, and dementia care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
