About Our Client

Our client has been established in Liverpool city centre for over 30 years with an excellent reputation in their industry. As business is enjoying continued growth they are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join their successful team.

You will support the team of financial advisers by managing client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.

Job Description

Assist Adviser by generating quotations and preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings - Stage 1 & 2 plus Review Meetings e.g. Factfind, Client Agreements
Support post client meeting by processing all the paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents have been returned and signed the client(s)
Prepare 'Process' checklists
Prepare new business illustratons and letters
Prepare 'Reason Why Letters'
Monitor and follow up on all actions from the client meeting, including unsigned documentation
Enter details of new business onto the 'New Business Register', ensuring all details are completed
Maintain Model Portfolios on a monthly basis (in house and insurance companies)
Use the Smart Search system to carry out AML checks for clients
Process new business and submit to the insurance company in a timely manner
Process any changes from the Review meeting, ensuring Factfind is updated and retained on file
Carry out investment purchases/switches as per Adviser recommendations
Maintain the 'Review' register for all active clients and ensure client service levels are achieved
Each month collate a list of clients due for review the following month. Review the list with the relevant Adviser
Maintain client files by carrying out department filing/scanning
Manage own diary and Adviser diary, arranging client appointments as and when required
Assist with projects, when required

Provide assistance, when required, within wider organisation

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate will have experience in providing detailed administrative support ideally within a financial services company or similar regulated environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and be competent using Microsoft packages

Hours of work are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
