• An international company are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with between 3 and 6 Years’ PQE to join their Corporate legal team, based in their Glasgow office.
• This is a rare opportunity for a transactional corporate solicitor with a strong grounding in private M&A to step off the private practice treadmill and join a multi-billion-pound international company handling some of the most exciting work flowing through Scotland. The role will also allow for international travel (if you want it).
• Step away from unpredictable hours, fee targets and time recording but without having to comprise on the quality of mandates you handle. The work on offer will be international and national in scope – deals will run into the millions and you’ll get to instruct the world’s leading law firms. This is a great opportunity to come client-side and contribute to and shape its strategic goals through acquisitions and international partnerships.
• The role will be a broad transactional corporate role – it’ll focus on private M&A, JVs and investment work for UK and International projects. You’ll work very closely with this Company’s Executive Board and have close contact with key stakeholders from day one.
