Key Responsibilities:- Managing your own section within our fine dining kitchen
- Creating exceptional dishes using premium local and seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
- Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes
- Supporting junior team members and participating in their development
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous fine dining experience
- Strong classical cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Passion for quality and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a rosette-awarded or Michelin-environment
- Knowledge of modern cooking techniques
