Job Description- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Processing sales orders and tracking deliveries.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintaining accurate records in company databases.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Experience in a secretarial or business support role.
- Be able to commute to Derby
- Be immediately available
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to work well in a team.
- An estimated monthly salary of £25,000 to £26,500 GBP.
