This is an on going temporary Sales Administrator role.

Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Processing sales orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate records in company databases.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in a secretarial or business support role.
  • Be able to commute to Derby
  • Be immediately available
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work well in a team.
