• Leading procurement activities within the Construction and FM Category function
• Establishing and managing effective relationships with suppliers
• Developing procurement strategies and plans
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
• Managing risks associated with procurement activities
• Reporting on procurement performance and outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Senior Procurement Officer should have:

• Ideally MCIPS Qualified
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
• Able to work one day per week on site in London
• Proven experience in managing end to end procurement activities
• Strong negotiating skills
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies
• The ability to develop effective supplier relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team environment

• £475-£490 per day Inside IR35 Umbrella Rate
