As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be required to:
- Communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers to ensure adherence to key schedules
- Preparing scanning sheets and pick lists
- Completing regular reports
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great listening skills and the ability to build relationships
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- The ability to learn on-the-job
