⦁ Support the induction of new staff, with on the job training of processes and procedures to effectively enable new staff to learn from experienced staff

Commissioning Support officer (Brokerage) . Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clinical staff and care providers clients regarding packages of care, care placements, invoice queries. Checking of information for accuracy prior to negotiation with placement providers, care providers, clients and their representatives using a variety of communication methods.Experience of IT systems - including word and excel. ⦁ Send and receive audio and visual correspondence between patients, relatives, providers and internal or external staff on a variety of IPA matters and procedures, effectively and sensitively liaise with anxious patients and relatives, including where cultural or language barriers exist
