Richard Huish college is seeking to appoint a Residential Houseparent to Oak House. Our boarding house is mixed with 54 students, a purpose-built boarding house, 5 minutes from the college campus.
We provide a warm, friendly, environment and support students both locally and from all over the world whilst they study at the college. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the Boarding House Manager to continue to provide excellent pastoral care to our wonderful young people.
This is an exciting opportunity and a very rewarding atmosphere to work within. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in additional EnRICH opportunities within the college.
This is a residential role which comes with its own lovely self-contained, one-bedroom flat with a lounge kitchen and bathroom. It includes rent free accommodation with council tax and utilities plus evening meals while on duty included.

- Hours: Full time, evenings, over nights and weekends on a rota basis
- Contract: Live in, permanent
