To manage a caseload in the community, providing mental health assessments for older adultsAssist in our mission to reduce unnecessary psychiatric admissions amongst older adults.
To assess, discharge and signpost to relevant treatment services
Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:
Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse.Fully enhanced valid DBS
Must have own vehicle
