Job Description- Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Organise and schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and organising company records.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Middle Office Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- A salary of £24,000
