- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring flawless delivery for every event.
- Develop sustainable processes to enhance operations and ensure exceptional standards.
- Collaborate with directors to shape long-term strategies and implement innovative initiatives.Culinary Excellence
- Create and manage seasonal menus that keep us at the forefront of culinary trends.
- Oversee logistics and operations for events, ensuring impeccable quality and efficiency.
- Source the best ingredients and maintain relationships with premium suppliers.Team Development
- Build, train, and motivate a talented brigade while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct appraisals, support career growth, and recruit top talent.
- Promote and maintain a team environment aligned with company values.Operational Expertise
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards, maintaining a 5-star FSA rating.
- Manage stock, orders, and financial performance, achieving a target GP of 56%.
