What the ideal tutor will have:
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is essentialDemonstrated ability to plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
Previous SEN/SEMH experience is desirable
Strong subject knowledge
Ability to tailor lessons to the individual pupil needs
