The West Brom are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join our established mortgage services team. The post holder will administer all mortgage related customer contact following the completion of a mortgage account and to deal with any other customer correspondence, emails and service requests, delivering ‘Right first time’ solutions for all work processed.
What the role will look like:
To process all customer instructions and requests accurately and to meet department service standardsTo deliver excellent customer service
To comply with all regulatory requirements
To have a good understanding of the Department Risk and Control measurement framework and to know how they contribute to maintaining and delivering effective risk management
To work as part of the Team with collective responsibility for completion of all team tasks to agreed service levels
To continually develop own skills and to maintain ongoing personal development plan
To maintain an up to date understanding of all processes and procedures and to understand how each task fits into the wider picture
What you will bring to the role:
Excellent administration skillsStrong attention to Detail
Ability to work effectively using own initiative or as part of a team and responsible for all team tasks to agreed service level
A broad understanding of banking processes and procedures, particularly relating to Mortgages
An ability to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes or procedures which deliver a service or efficiency gain
