Chichester - Account Manager - Up to £35K DOE

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

What You'll Do:

• Drive Business Growth: Engage with incoming enquiries and leads to uncover new business opportunities whilst also developing and implementing strategies to support client retention.
• Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Order Management: Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Quotation & Sales Support: Prepare compelling quotations and follow up on sales enquiries to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to implement innovative sales and marketing strategies, including new product launches and marketing campaigns.
