As a SeniorResidential Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to children, helping them develop coping strategies and essential life skills in a nurturing residential setting. They are looking for multiple candidates.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Care Coordinator, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker or in a similar role.At least 1 year of experience in residential childcare.
NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK.
