Are you a Design Engineer or similar with a background in structural works looking to work for a family-run company who encourage development and potential chartership? Do you want to work on a variety of exciting projects alongside well-known UK based clients?
On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a family-run company that have been established for over 50 years and are looking to hire a Structural Design Engineer to join the family. This company supplies into a variety of industries- predominantly working within the food industry-with well-known UK based clients such as Greggs, Kellogg's and Screwfix.
This role will see you responsible for working many of your own jobs and on a daily basis you will be working with AUTOCAD and Revit, preparing structural drawings, reports and designs. The role may also require you to occasionally visit sites 2-3 times a month.This is a Monday-Friday role working 8.5 -hour day shifts.
This role is suited to a Design Engineer with a background in structural works looking to work as part of a family with plenty of room for progression in a Monday-Friday position with 33 days holiday.
The Role:
- Preparing structural drawings, reports and designs
- Managing your own project timelines
- Liaising with clients on site
- Monday-Friday (9AM-5:30PM)
The Person:
- Design Engineer or similar
- A background in Structural works / AutoCAD
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable to Chorley
