We are looking for Psychology Graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Bristol.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working alongside classroom teachers to support the educational development of primary-aged children. Your role may include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Providing tailored support for children with special educational needs (SEN)
- Helping children with emotional, social, and behavioural development
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis, including those with additional learning needs
- Helping to implement strategies for positive behaviour management
- Encouraging students to engage with the curriculum and fostering a love of learning
- Supporting the teacher with classroom management and administration
As a psychology graduate, you’ll be well-equipped to understand and support the varying learning needs and behavioural challenges of young children, and your insights will be valuable in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment.

While previous experience in a classroom setting is desirable, we welcome applicants who are eager to gain hands-on experience and apply their psychology degree in an educational context.
