Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant

Our client, a successful company based in Westminster, is seeking a skilled Temp Accounts Payable to join their dynamic Finance Department. If you are eager to work with a sociable team and learn new skills, this is the perfect role for you!
- HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
- SALARY: £14ph
- LOCATION: White City

- What you will be doing:
- Reconciling Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts on a daily basis
- Handling Credit Card Deposits
- Dealing with credit card disputes
- Running the chargeback report daily to ensure disputes are appealed within the given timeframe
- Prepare Fraud Reporting and prevent any fraudulent payments daily
- Ensure web payments are being monitored and received in a timely manner
- Collaborate with customer service teams on Website Order Refunds
- Liaise with other relevant departments to ensure smooth order/refund processes
- Maintain digital financial records to Group standards
- Support the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting
- Assist the Finance team with any ad-hoc requirements
- Support the website development by testing new processes for financial accuracy
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- ? Previous SAP experience (an advantage but not essential)
- ? Good knowledge of Excel (preferred)
- ? Great attention to detail
- ? Effective and confident communication skills with the team, customer service teams, and external agencies
