• Provide financial analysis and reports for departmental and companywide use.
• Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.

• Work closely with other team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Present financial findings to management, providing an accurate view of the company's financial status.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• A keen interest in and understanding of the property industry.
