Overview:We are seeking a Recovery Worker to manage caseloads and support clients with drug and alcohol-related challenges at HMP Featherstone and Dovegate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to clients and develop recovery plans.
- Work collaboratively with prison staff and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver substance misuse interventions.
Requirements:
- Prison Clearance: Essential for the role.
- Experience: Managing caseloads in drug and alcohol recovery.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of substance misuse interventions.
