Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join their lovely team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele.

This is great opportunity to work within a small but dedicated team within a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. This business also has free, on-site parking and provides breakfast for their employees on Fridays!

Main Duties:
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation.
  • Accurate data entry onto various Excel spreadsheets.
  • Filing, stationery stock control and ordering of sales brochures.
  • Ad hoc support to the Office Manager and the sales advisors.

Hours: 31.5 hour working week (Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm - early finish Friday at 4pm)
