The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

• A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in the education sector.

• A competitive salary range of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum.
