Full time hours on a temporary basisKey Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer with a strong background in housing law to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving housing disputes, disrepair claims, possession proceedings, homelessness appeals, and other civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on housing law
• Represent clients in court and tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Draft legal documents, statements, and correspondence
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Keep up to date with developments in housing and civil litigation law
