Job Description- Identify potential clients and make inroads into new markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage sales cycles and close business deals efficiently
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base
- Understand and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
