A formal job plan will be mutually agreed between the appointee and the Clinical Director of Urgent Care (on behalf of the Medical Director), within three months of the commencement date of the appointee. The job plan for the first three months will be based on a provisional/indicative timetable.
The job plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out the Consultants duties, responsibilities and objectives for the coming year. It will also cover all aspects of a consultants professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education and managerial responsibilities.
