Business Development Executive Location: Croydon Job Type: 9-month fixed term contract Annual Salary: £30K We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to manage our CRM activities, lead generation, digital marketing efforts, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen on driving sales and marketing initiatives forward. Day-to-day of the role: CRM & Sales Pipeline Management Manage daily operations on Five CRM, including lead generation, pipeline building, and recording various sales activities.Follow up on quotes, chase non-active clients, and update contact details.Book and schedule sales meetings, and handle purchase order requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in CRM and pipeline management.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Buffer, Canva, and LinkedIn.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with administrative and operational procedures.

Sales Campaigns & Lead Generation Conduct data sourcing, building, and cleansing.Manage weekly updates and scheduling on Mailchimp and LinkedIn.Execute VSP Invite Campaigns and support trade show campaigns. Digital Marketing & Website Management Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to enhance website traffic.Manage social media activities using Buffer and design campaign artwork using Canva.Handle responses to daily website contact forms and execute additional marketing campaigns.
Customer Communication & Admin Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to enquiries, process bookings, and manage complaints.Manage the diary of the Managing Director (MD) and schedule meetings. Supplies, Recruitment & Miscellaneous Manage monthly orders for stationery, water, and as-needed orders for uniforms and access equipment.Handle recruitment activities through platforms like Indeed.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in CRM and pipeline management.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Buffer, Canva, and LinkedIn.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with administrative and operational procedures.
