The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
