French Teacher - Woking

• Job Type: Part-time (2 or 3 days per week)
• Location: Fringe area
• Salary Range: £31,350 to £47,839 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)

We are seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and committed French Teacher to join our team from September/December 2024. If you have the ability to inspire and educate students in French at KS3 and KS4 levels, we would love to hear from you. Our students are confident, eager to learn, and our staff are dedicated to delivering excellent outcomes to enhance the life chances of young people.

Day to Day of the role:

• Delivering French lessons to KS3 and KS4 students with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons and coursework to track student progress.
• Engaging students with interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Contributing to the development of curriculum and supporting materials.
• Participating in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and whole school training events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching French at secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
