Children's Residential Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to offer vital support to young people in a residential service in Stourbridge. A variety of day and night shifts available. We are looking for passionate, driven Residential Support Workers who can have a positive impact on young peoples`lives.

• To ensure you always follow the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure
• To provide advice, assistance, and support the children and young people in your care
• To act as an appropriate role model to achieve their potential

• Ensuring each Child / Young Persons` care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs

• Care experience (6 months minimum)
