As a Desktop Support Analyst You will:
Play a key role in supporting the wider user group by providing technical assistance, managing laptops, troubleshooting challenges, and supporting audio-visual (AV) systems. You will be involved in event support, technology deployments, and refreshes, as well as driving incident and outage management.This role offers the opportunity to work independently, develop subject matter expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT and AV operations.
