We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASW - Service Manager FRT to join our dynamic team. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the service delivery team to ensure top-quality service execution.
Develop, implement, and maintain service management processes and strategies.
Monitor service performance and generate reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Manage service-related incidents and escalations, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance performance and skills.
Stay up to date with industry trends and service management best practices to drive innovation.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Deep understanding of service management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. ITIL).
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Annum: £45.00
Location: North London, London
