University Admissions Assistant

• Salary: tbc dependant on experience

Familiarity with SITS (Student Information Technology System) is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Process student applications efficiently using the SITS system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to prospective students and applicants.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of admissions events and activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in an admissions team within a university setting.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of SITS or similar student records systems.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
