🌈 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with a range of needs live independently and happily in their own homes. Working 1:1 with people in our supported living service, your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with personal care, cooking, and household tasks
• Supporting with hobbies, social activities, and community engagement
• Administering medication
• Writing daily care notes and ensuring safeguarding is always upheld
• Helping people pursue their passions, whether that’s swimming, arts and crafts, trips to the cinema, or a coffee with friends

Each of the five individuals you may support has their own flat and unique interests. Ages range from 23 to 83, and personalities vary just as much! A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be using wheelchair-adapted vehicles to accompany people on outings.

Experience in health or social care is a bonus, but it’s not essential — we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude. We’re looking for someone who is:
