HRIS Senior Analyst
A HRIS Senior Analyst is sought to join a forward-thinking Human Resources team to lead the management and optimisation of their HR Information System, Oracle. The role is based in Wrexham and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Description- Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems, primarily Oracle
- Identify system improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate data management
- Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades and new implementations
- Provide training and support to HRIS users across the organisation
- Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with IT department to address any technical issues
Can be based one day a week on site or Remote
Profile
The successful HRIS Senior Analyst should have:
- A degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Oracle and other HR Information Systems
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and data protection regulations
- A competitive salary range of £65,000 to £80000
