What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups, helping them develop confidence and essential life skills.
- Assisting teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Working with specialist facilities, including sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and interactive learning tools.
- Providing emotional and academic support to students with a range of SEN needs.
- Those with a healthcare or SEN background, such as care work, therapy support, or teaching assistance.
- Graduates in education, psychology, healthcare, or related fields desirable.
- Individuals with strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for supporting young people.
