We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dedicated Bladder and Bowel Service (BABS), a multi-professional team serving the BNSSG area. As part of our service, we provide essential care and treatment for adults with continence or bladder and bowel issues.We also support residential and nursing homes with expert continence management.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the service, working closely with specialist nurses and the wider administration team whilst supporting patients throughout their care journey.
We offer flexible hybrid working, but you’ll need to be available to travel to BNSSG bases for meetings, training, and other service needs.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. You will be required to work Fridays, other working days to be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job- Provides a professional and courteous service to a range of customers, liaising with patients/clients, carers, families, health professionals and other organisations.
- Will be expected to respond appropriately to unexpected and challenging situations which may include contact with patients in emotional situations maintaining a calm and professional approach (support available).
- Maintains records relating to medical devices and/or other equipment.
- Responsible for small expenditure amounts and ordering stationery/equipment/supplies within delegated authority
- Creates and maintains accurate records and documents (paper/electronic) in line with information governance, documentation and confidentiality guidelines.
