Job Description

HR Advisor - European Operations - Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR generalist support for EU teams, including onboarding, employee changes, compliance, and offboarding
• Advise on local employment law and HR practices, with a strong emphasis on Germany or the Netherlands
• Coordinate HR processes in line with regional legislation and business policies
• Liaise with international payroll teams and manage documentation accurately
• Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent and compliant people practices
• Support internal projects across performance, policy, and system updates

The Successful Applicant

HR Advisor - European Operations - What We're Looking For:

• Strong HR experience with exposure to multiple European countries (Germany or the Netherlands preferred)
• Understanding of EU employment legislation
• A confident communicator with experience managing HR processes end-to-end
• Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive in approach
