A high attaining oversubscribed secondary school in Bristol (BS6) is seeking an English Teacher from March - July 2025.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- Delivering engaging KS3, 4 and 5 lessons that meet curriculum objectives
- Managing student behaviour, ensuring the classroom environment is safe and supportive of learning
- Reporting to parents and other staff members when necessary
- Marking and assessing the work of students

The ideal candidate:
- a fully qualified English Teacher with UK QTS
- a passionate and highly skilled teacher with the ability to teach English at Key Stages 3 and 4
- creative and innovative; willing to contribute to the development of students’ learning and progress within a committed and forward looking faculty
- committed to continuous professional development leading to outstanding teaching
