Engaging in hands-on work at the farm from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:00 with part-time options available.
Previous experience working with SEN pupils.
Experience working with pupils who have speech and Language disorders desirable
Be able to translate academic principles into real life scenarios

About this role:
Providing individualized 1:1 support to the pupil, while collaborating effectively with a team of teachers.Engaging in hands-on work at the farm from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:00 with part-time options available.
Preparing and organizing learning spaces to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status QTSPrevious experience working with SEN pupils.
Experience working with pupils who have speech and Language disorders desirable
Be able to translate academic principles into real life scenarios
Patience, empathy and resilience in supporting the diverse needs of the child
