Deputy Store Manager
Location: Glasgow
Pay up to £27,500 per annum + Bonus
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time, 40hrs a week, Rotating WeekendsWorking Pattern: Full Time
Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Deputy Store Manager to join their team. As the Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining excellent store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the store and lead the team in providing exceptional customer service to exceed sales targets.
- Drive a high customer service culture to exceed customer expectations.
- Support the recruitment, training, and motivation of the store team.
- Maintain and update a high level of product knowledge within the team.
- Ensure excellent store standards of display, point of sale, and housekeeping.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the Retail Ops team and other head office personnel within the required timeframe.
- Ensure the security of company cash, stock, equipment, and premises.
- Follow company policies on health & safety and take responsibility for a safe workplace.
- Keep the store stock file accurate through regular audits and good housekeeping.

- Excellent listening and supportive skills.
