General Sales Manager
- Starting salary of £35,000 dependent on experience with an OTE of £50-60,000 per annum based on team performance.
- Access to a company car.
- Working hours are 40 per week, with weekend work required on a rota to suit business needs - this rota can also be based around the successful candidates needs.

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s family-run franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £60,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
- Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
