Redline has been retained by a leading process instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for a Director of Engineering to join their R&D team based in Surrey.
Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Director of Engineering to be responsible for engineering across 3x sites. Key skills and experience for Director of Engineering, based in Surrey:
Proven experience leading an Engineering / R&D organisationExperience in the R&D of mechanical and electronic/electrical products
Proven background in a regulated industry i.e. Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive etc.
Degree qualified in a related Electronics discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
